To Toronto, Canada in 50-days using China Post. This device is amazing. It works on a suction principle. There are no threads on the neck piece. Its silicone and we mash the toothpaste tube and then rotate it until it is as far as it can go. It is best to squeeze out/down the toothpaste so it is easier to suck out. The lever has two positions. For adult toothbrushes, lay the brush along the bottom. If you use the upper notch the nozzle squeezes the toothpaste through the bristles and can make a mess. It dispenses a generous pea size amount which is plenty to brush kids or adult teeth. Sorry I forgot to include the lower position toothpaste. The included 3rd picture is what happens if you use the notch in the upper position.

Это просто бомба ! Я приобрёл для моих детей , они просто в восторге ! Очень было легко установить , к тому же гнездо, в которое устанавливаете зубную пасту , силиконовая и позволяет любой зубной пасте в крутиться. Паста выходит дозатором , при вталкивании зубной щёткой . Рекомендую ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
