I received the order in the morning, Saturday, January 30, 2021, Brazilian time and I have several complaints to make regarding the delivery of the product by the Brazilian post office and also the postman who usually delivers the products to my home! The postman unfortunately has a bad habit of faking our signature as if we buyers receive the goods and throwing the product over the wall of our house which is very high and in the case of this scale that I bought as a sensitive equipment, it may have caused damage ! After I examined the product to verify that it did not suffer any damage due to the irresponsible nature of the postman, I found out that for now everything is fine and the scale apparently has not suffered any damage! We try to complain at the post office, but they never take any action, they never answer us by phone, let alone by email, but as for you guys at the AMIE & ORIA store, I only have compliments and thanks!
